1. 1. Purchase at store
      – Meez Jewelry Showroom is open from 10h00 – 20h00 daily at 209 Xa Dan, Dong Da District, Hanoi.
      – When purchasing instore jewelries, you will need to pay 100% before we make the required adjustments (eg adjusting ring size, setting stones, …).
      – When placing an order, you deposit 50% in advance for us to process and pay the remaining 50% after receiving the jewelries
   2. Order online
      – You can make purchase on website or via the Fanpage Meez Jewelry
      – To get an exact price quote and fitable produrs need to provide exact size. Meez Jewelry’s consultant will guide you on how to self-measure or assist in transferring the metering tools to you in case of need (for customers who have deposited).

To ensure your interests:

• Please check the goods and Invoice before leaving the Meez Jewelry store or before the delivery staff leaves (if delivered at the place you request). After you leave the store or the delivery staff leaves, Meez Jewelry will not be responsible for resolving any complaints or mistakes if any.
• Please keep the Sales Invoice and Certificate (if any) to serve the exchange and product warranty. If there is no Invoice and Certificate (if any), or there are but not enough, not full set or erased … Meez Jewelry will not apply warranty and exchange policy
