Exchange and Buy Back Policy

Note:

• The above exchange policy is valid from January 1, 2021
• For purchases made before this date, redemption policy will be applied according to the policy at the time of purchase.
• Redemption value is calculated as the purchase value after all deductions of any promotions (accumulated points, loyalty card, discount…) applied.
• When you need to exchange and return products, please contact Meez Jewelry via hotline or Facebook for advice and appointment.
• You should keep the original Sales Invoice and Certificate for exchange. If there is no sale invoice and product certificate or there is but not enough, not intact, erased … Meez Jewelry will not apply the exchange and buyback policy. To process exchange and buyback, you submit Sales Invoice, certificate and ID card
• When exchanging, reselling, you bear all quality inspection costs. When removing stone from mounting, you will witness
• Meez Jewelry will refuse to exchange/buyback for the center diamond that is cracked, chipped, scratched or has signs of being affected by temperature, pressure, chemicals … leading to the risk of changing the quality of the diamond.
• Meez Jewelry will refuse to exchange/buyback according to the above policy for broken or deformed jewelry. We may only support redemption based on actual gold weight.
• We may refuse to exchange if the customer requesting the exchange is not the same as invoice’s owner and the product shows signs of fraud, or activities that violate the law.
• For customization order: When customers order according to Meez Jewelry’s sample but there are changes or adjustments to the design such as: changing the type of stone on ring base, changing the design details on the product: motifs, mounting …, this product will be eligible to buy back 50% of the invoice value, not to change goods. – When the customer orders according to the customer’s wishes, this product is not applicable to exchange or redemption.
